The cost of a full neuropsychological/psychological evaluation is $4900. In some situations, an abbreviated evaluation can be completed at a reduced cost. Additional consultation services outside of the full evaluation is billed at an hourly rate ($350).
We are an out-of-network provider. We do not accept insurance, but we will provide you with a superbill at the conclusion of services that can be submitted to seek reimbursement from insurance providers, if supported by your plan. Your clinician can provide you with the CPT service codes if you’d like to find out the reimbursement rates from your insurer in advance of starting services.
