CNC uses a fee-for-service model. We do not accept insurance, but we encourage you to check with your insurer as you may have out-of-network benefits that offers some reimbursement of therapy costs. We will provide you with a monthly superbill that can be submitted to seek reimbursement from insurance providers, if supported by your plan. Your clinician can provide you with the CPT service codes if you’d like to find out the reimbursement rates from your insurer in advance of starting services.
The charge for a new therapy patient intake appointment is $275. Ongoing therapy sessions are billed at $225 per 50-minute clinical hour, although treatment is not restricted to those 50 minutes. Our clinicians value close collaboration with parents and other providers to ensure an individualized experience and continuity of care.
